A British Cromwell slips past the knocked out Tiger I of Kampfgruppe Schulze during the advanced to the Aller in April 1945. A poor quality photograph but one which emphasises the difference in size between the Tiger and a British cruiser tank.

The Tiger blown apart by British troops on the Robaa Road. The picture shows various interesting things; the internal face of the track; the fuel tank and radiator; and the writing on the road wheel indicating it was for Pz Abt 501 & it weighed 77 Kg.

American soldiers examining a turretless Tiger I in Tunisia. The tank has become well and truly ditched, but it shows relatively little sign of damage - beyond the fact that the driver's hatch is missing and the Feifel air cleaner piping is partially disconnected.
